E3: It's Time to Start Treating our Clients Better

OCM activities are expected in the managed services market, but MSPs struggle to deliver it. Clients are expected to handle critical aspects of transition related to their employees, but we believe that MSPs can model the way and provide thought leadership for customers that elevate their partnership to new strategic levels. The demands/assumptions that MSPs make of clients (communication, managing workforce transitions) are seldom mentioned at the outset of transition but must be confirmed, validated and adjusted over the life of the partnership. In this session we will show with case studies how improving the focus on OCM helped both client and provider and resulted in a more positive partnering relationship.
